Trevor's swimming lessons

We started swimming lessons yesterday for Trevor. They're semi-private, there was only one other child in the class, and they're held in a backyard swimming pool. I thought he wasn't going to last after the first trip across the pool, but amazingly he warmed right up. He's been hesitant to use any floaties when we play in the pool, but this type and method of teaching seems to have worked. By the end of the 1/2 hour, he was a little "swimmer". Much more comfortable than I imagined being in the middle of the "deep" pool alone. Yay! (And, I'm not sure why, but she had him put on a hat when he got there. Of course he picked bright green with hearts. Awesome).
